Welcome to our brand new recipes section on the Life with Lis site! Through all of our conversations with our followers, our connections, and our friends we heard one thing consistently: the meal planning struggle is REAL. And I hear you. A lot of you voiced that you don’t know how to go meatless and find it overwhelming. A lot of you voiced that you don’t have time for meal prep. Many of you said that you just don’t know where to start with finding new meals.

As a result, when we were giving our website a face lift (do you like it?!) we wanted to include a section dedicated to the recipes we create and curate. Don’t worry- we will always give credit where credit is due, so we encourage you to check out all of the amazing  blogs that we link to in order to hear their story and find out everything they have to offer (trust me- they have a lot!).

And with that, we want to bring your our first recipe, so bust out those tap shoes and do a little happy dance!

Mango Peach Smoothie

This easy-to-make Mango Peach Smoothie comes together easily and will fuel you through your morning, lunch, or afternoon energy slump! The best part is that you can add in any of your favorites to tailor it to your taste buds.

  • 1 pc frozen banan
  • 2/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup frozen nectarines
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • for added protein add your desired powder mine of course is vanilla shakeology
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. I topped it with puffed millet, mango, banana, dragonfruit, and flowers.
