No bake tahini fudge
This recipe was an absolute win for me, easy to make, short ingredient list, ready to try in less than 1 hour! What do you need to make this no bake tahini fudge?
No bake Tahini fudge
2 tbsp Maple syrup or Golden Syrup
1 cup Tahini (I added 1 Tbsp of crunchy peanut butter too)
Baking & Spices
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips, keep a few aside for the second part of the instructions (use vegan if you don’t want to use any dairy at all)
1/4 tsp of good quality salt
1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
Oils & Vinegars
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
2 drops of spearmint essential oil.
Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
Mix, syrup, tahini, nut butter, oil vanilla extract in a bowl, fold in choc chips and add the salt. Lastly carefully drop essential oil in and slowly stir with a knife.
Press mix into pan and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Take out of the freezer and push in remaining chocolate chip drop into mix, so they appear more at the top of the fudge.
Return back to the freezer for another hour and there you have a much healthier, less sugar version of fudge! Slice into squares and store for later consumption.
So good I have eaten all of my first batch already!! OOOPS.
